Our mission is to promote and support meaningful participation of Hispanics in the life of Southwest Michigan. Founded in 1981, The Hispanic American Council advocates for and serves Hispanic Communities in Southwestern Michigan. Our initiatives, programs and services foster self-sufficiency, promote our cultural heritage, and encourage relationships with the broader community.
