The Hispanic Women's Corporation (HWC) was founded in 1981 to address the unique social and cultural challenges and opportunities of Hispanic women. Nationally recognized, HWC actively seeks to ensure that Hispanic women be active and vital participants in our expanding workforce and marketplace; recognize and address the challenges and opportunities inherent in the diverse cultural, social, and linguistic heritage of Hispanic women; promote the potential of Hispanics within the education system, workforce, and the community; and ensure the continued participation and support of its programs by the business community and the larger community. |
