Founded in 1971, La Clínica de La Raza is a community health care center that exists to improve the quality of life and health status of Alameda and Contra Costa County’s medically indigent and ethnic communities. La Clínica offers a broad range of medical, dental, eye care, mental health, and other community health services. La Clínica emphasizes services to Spanish-speaking individuals and to others faced with economic and cultural barriers to satisfactory health care.
