Founded in 1969, the mission of the Latin American Community Center (LACC) is to advocate for and assist the Latino community by offering resources and programs that promote empowerment and an enhanced quality of life while celebrating diverse cultures. LACC addresses the needs of residents in the Hilltop/Westside neighborhood by providing a continuum of care in two strategic streams of services: Lifelong Learning and Life Empowerment of Services.
