Founded in 1964, the Latin American Research and Service Agency (LARASA) is the leading Latino research and advocacy organization in the State of Colorado. It strives to improve the quality of life for Latinos throughout Colorado. LARASA’s work in the areas of education, health, and self-sufficiency is carried out through capacity-building, training, advocacy, and research. LARASA provides policy research, technical assistance, training, and information clearinghouse services.
