Rural Community Assistance Corporation (RCAC) was established in 1978 to help individuals improve living conditions throughout the rural West, with emphasis on preserving and developing affordable housing, improving and developing safe drinking water and wastewater systems, and preserving and developing rural economic and natural resources. Headquartered in Sacramento, RCAC provides training and technical assistance for agencies in ten states: Arizona, California, Colorado, Hawaii, Idaho, Nevada, New Mexico, Oregon, Utah, and Washington. |
