Founded in 1968, Centro de Salud Familiar La Fe, Inc. is a community health center that provides comprehensive health care services primarily to the indigent Hispanic community of El Paso County. Primary health care services include: clinical evaluation; gynecology; adolescent care; immunizations; pre- and post-natal care; family planning; podiatry; HIV screening, treatment, and case management; and comprehensive dental services. Ancillary services include a pharmacy, a diagnostic laboratory, radiology, referrals, patient transportation, translations, health education programs, and social services.
