![]() Municipio Snapshots Series
SummaryThe Municipio Snapshots Series is the first-ever comprehensive set of one-page profiles on the status of children in Puerto Rico, based on the data and findings of the KIDS COUNT – Puerto Rico project. DescriptionThe status of children in Puerto Rico is defined by social and economic characteristics, as well as by indicators of health and education levels. Given the information gap on the status of children in the municipios, the Municipio Snapshots Series provides a set of key child well-being indicators to serve as a tool for program and policy work in the municipio geography. The data presented has been collected by the National Council of La Raza’s (NCLR) KIDS COUNT – Puerto Ricoproject and includes federal and local sources in different time frames.
