Summary

Puerto Rico CLIKS brings together data on the well-being of children and youth collected by KIDS COUNT - Puerto Rico Project at the Islandwide and municipio level. We believe that CLIKS can be a powerful new tool for community leaders, policymakers, service providers, parents and others who want to take a closer look at the local factors that affect the lives of children and families.

NCLR’s 2004 KIDS COUNT – Puerto Rico Data Book, the first-ever comprehensive analysis of the status of children on the Island, which includes social and economic characteristics, child health, and adolescent concerns, is now available ONLINE through the County-City-Community Level Information on Kids (CLIKS) system. At CLIKS you may generate Puerto Rico and municipality-specific profiles on the well-being of children, view indicators graphed over time and create color-coded maps.
