Models for Change:  System Reform in Juvenile Justice

Reform efforts in Pennsylvania will focus on three areas: coordination of the mental health and juvenile justice systems; the system of aftercare services and supports; and disproportionate minority contact with the juvenile justice system.

The Pennsylvania Models for Change initiative is administered through the Juvenile Law Center and the MacArthur Foundation.
