Reservations You may reserve up to five hotel rooms per online transaction. Reservations of more than five rooms will be considered a sub-block. All sub-blocks must be requested and approved before they can be reserved. |

Deadline The reservation deadline is Tuesday, July 2, 2013. Requests received by the hotel after 5:00 p.m. CST on July 3 will be subject to availability and not eligible for the Conference rate. |

Hotel Cancellation To avoid cancellation charges, individual reservations must be cancelled 72 hours prior to the arrival date, no later than 3:00 p.m. CST. |
