Workers’ Rights
Latinos are the fastest-growing segment of the American workforce, yet they are the most likely to hold jobs with low wages, insufficient benefits, and dangerous working conditions.
NCLR is actively engaged in policy analysis, research, and advocacy to improve working conditions for America’s low-wage workers, including better workplace health and safety and access to paid leave. NCLR advocates for stronger enforcement efforts, modernized labor laws, and collaboration with community-based organizations to empower low-wage and immigrant workers.
