All workshops and events for the 2011 NCLR Workforce Development Forum will be held at the Doubletree Hotel Chicago Magnificent Mile.

All badges and event tickets will be distributed on-site at the On-Site Registration counters.
CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY
Cancellations will be accepted in writing until Thursday, October 15, 2011 and are subject to a $50 processing fee. After October 15, registrations are nonrefundable. However, substitutions from the same organization may be accepted. All refunds will be issued by October 31, 2011.
SUBSTITUTIONS
A registration substitution is permitted prior to the Forum. The substituting party is responsible for all final financial obligations (any balance due) associated with that substitution as well as updating all contact information.
LIABILITY
NCLR and its staff, Board, and sponsors claim no liability for the acts of any suppliers relative to this Forum or for the safety of any attendee during and/or while in transit to or from this event. The planners and sponsors reserve the right to cancel this function without liability. NCLR reserves the right of admittance and the right to exclude from the Forum or refuse service to any attendee at the sole discretion of NCLR. Furthermore, NCLR is under no obligation to provide an explanation for its actions, but may do so at its own discretion.
PHOTOGRAPHY AND VIDEOGRAPHY
As an NCLR Workforce Development Forum attendee, the registrant hereby grants to NCLR the right and permission to use, publish, and republish photographs, video, audio, or images in which the registrant may be included, in whole, part, or composite in any printed or electronic matter or media for any legal purpose, and to use the registrant’s name in conjunction if NCLR so chooses. This authorization and release shall also be binding upon the registrant’s heirs, next of kin, and personal representatives. The registrant has read this release and fully understands its contents. The registrant hereby releases and discharges NCLR from any and all claims and liabilities arising out of or in connection with the use of photographs, images, or information.
DEMOGRAPHIC AND PRIVACY POLICY
NCLR may use demographic information from registrants for marketing related to NCLR programs, activities, and events. NCLR may also share the registrant contact information with approved NCLR partners. Payment information is not shared and is kept strictly confidential. If a registrant does not wish to have their information shared with NCLR-approved partners, the registrant must send an email request to abeauchamp@nclr.org stating that the registrant prefers not to have their information shared with NCLR partners.
GENERAL REGISTRATION DISCLAIMERS
Affiliates must be in good standing with NCLR to receive the Affiliate Member discount.
PURCHASE ORDERS
A registration form accompanied by a check or purchase order must be received and processed by September 30, 2011. Any check payment received after the September 30 deadline will be disregarded. Purchase orders will not be accepted on-site.
