Hands Across Cultures (HAC) is a private, nonprofit agency dedicated to improving the health, education, and well-being of the people of northern New Mexico through family-centered approaches deeply rooted in the multicultural traditions of their communities. HAC provides services which include: promotores, Hermanitas/Madrinas, La Vision del Valle Coalition, Youth Conservation Corps project-Tierra Bendita y el Agua Sagrada, video production, curriculum development, Para Los Niños after-school program, and a youth center. HAC also sponsors the National Hispano/Latino Community Prevention Network Annual Conference.
