The Hispanic Economic Development Corporation (HEDC) is a community development corporation. HEDC's programs and services include the Westside Business Park, business development, and employment referral services. The Westside Business Park, a $17 million project creating over 300 jobs, will revitalize a blighted 22-acre site in the Latino community. The business development services include technical assistance and loan packaging for small businesses. HEDC also works to put employers together with applicants from the community for job opportunities and placement.
