NCLR is governed by a Board of Directors, which includes 25 elected members who are representative of all geographic regions of the United States and all Hispanic subgroups. The organization also receives guidance from a Corporate Board of Advisors (CBA), which includes senior executives from 28 major corporations and their liaison staff, and the Affiliate Council, which includes 12 affiliated community-based organization executive directors and other senior executive staff members, representing all regions of the country.
