On March 3–4, 2010 in Washington, DC, more than 325 people representing more than 100 organizations from 30 states and the District of Columbia participated in the 2010 NCLR National Latino Advocacy Days. On March 3, participants underwent intensive training on policy and legislative advocacy. On March 4, they conducted a total of 130 legislative visits on Capitol Hill to advocate for comprehensive immigration reform and to urge members of Congress to take bold leadership to find real solutions to the issues impacting the quality of life for Latinos.
