The National Council of La Raza hosted a ribbon-cutting ceremony and open house in honor of its new headquarters building in the heart of Washington, DC. The ceremony took place at the new Raul Yzaguirre Building, 1126 16th Street, NW, on Wednesday, June 1, 2005. The building was named in honor of NCLR's former president and CEO, Raul Yzaguirre.
