The 2010 NCLR Annual Conference headquarters hotel is the Grand Hyatt San Antonio! For Conference attendees, the Grand Hyatt boasts the ideal location—adjacent to the Henry B. Rates: $179.00 per night for single/double + tax (16.75%)
             $204.00 per night for triple/quad + tax (16.75%)

Reservations:
You may reserve up to five hotel rooms per online transaction. Anything above five sleeping rooms will be considered a sub-block; if you are interested in reserving a sub-block for your group, please contact Maria Fischer Millet at (202) 776-1733 or mfischer@nclr.org. All sub-blocks must be requested and approved prior to securing them.

Deadline:
The cut-off date for accepting reservations is Monday, June 14, 2010. Requests received by the hotel after 5:00 p.m. CST on June 14 will be accepted on a space- and rate-availability basis.

Hotel Cancellation:
To avoid cancellation charges, individual reservations must be cancelled no later than 3:00 p.m., 72 hours prior to the arrival date.
