FJF is a private, nonprofit organization that works to improve the living and working conditions of migrant and seasonal farmworkers throughout the United States. FJF engages in litigation, administrative and legislative advocacy, technical assistance and public education. FJF focuses primarily on wages, working conditions, immigration and welfare reform issues, women’s issues, and safety and health, with an emphasis on HIV/AIDS prevention and protection from pesticide poisoning.
