Midwest Regional Staff
The Midwest Office serves as a link between national-level efforts and local communities. The staff provide program-specific capacity-building support in the areas of workforce and economic development, community development, housing counseling, and education. This support includes hands-on technical assistance, program development, and financial resources, when available. Staff coordinate and facilitate peer exchanges among affiliates, which allows for sharing and documenting best practices and strengthening a regional advocacy network, bringing a collective voice to decision-making entities. NCLR convenes regional meetings and affiliate working groups for training and policy updates from the national headquarters policy and program staff. |
