Workplace giving is a means by which employees donate to charitable organizations of their choice, primarily through payroll pledges. Donations through payroll pledges enable NCLR to implement innovative programs that impact the Latino community in areas such as education, assets/investment, economic mobility, health, workforce development, youth leadership, and many more.
